Your Opportunity: The Unsung Hero of a Premier NYC Restaurant. As a Dishwasher / Porter, your mission is to maintain the impeccable standards of cleanliness and sanitation that our brand is known for. You are the foundation that allows our culinary and service teams to shine. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the dish station with expertise, ensuring all service and kitchenware are perfectly cleaned and sanitised.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the entire kitchen, dish station, and other areas of the venue.
- Properly handling the storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including stocking stations and maintaining kitchen equipment.
The Profile of a Culinary Team Player. We are looking for a reliable and professional individual who works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a porter or dishwasher is preferred.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, and physically demanding environment.
