- Escalating complex banking issues to the appropriate internal teams for swift resolution.
- Assisting with scheduling and posting pre-approved content to engage our online community.
The Profile of a Digital Ambassador. We are looking for graduates who are digitally native and passionate about customer service. The core requirements include:
- A Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in any discipline.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a talent for clear and concise messaging.
