Your Mission: To Be the Ambassador of Our Brand As a Front Desk Officer, you are the welcoming face and the central hub of our guest experience. Your mission is to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, with efficiency and a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Answering all incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handling guest reservations and managing room assignments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Professionally resolving any guest issues or complaints with a focus on immediate and satisfactory solutions.

The Profile of a 5-Star Professional We are looking for individuals who embody grace, poise, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The key requirements are:

  • A minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotel, airline, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional appearance.
  • The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and, preferably, experience with hotel management software.
