Your Opportunity: A Professional Career in Banking As a Customer Service Representative, you are the trusted, helpful voice of Zenith Bank. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with timely solutions and exceptional support. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Professionally handling inbound calls and digital messages from customers regarding their bank accounts.
- Resolving inquiries about transactions, card services, and our digital banking platforms (mobile app, internet banking).
- Providing accurate information about the bank’s wide range of products and services.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal departments to ensure a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
The Foundation for Your Banking Career We are looking for graduates and diploma holders who are excellent communicators and have a passion for customer service. The core requirements include:
- A Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in any discipline.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A professional, customer-focused attitude and a high level of integrity.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
